What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact our customer support immediately at support@onlybartan.com or call +91 1234567890.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes, we provide GST invoices for all orders. You can download your invoice from the order details page or request it via email.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available in select cities. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping charge applies.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the 'My Orders' section.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within India. We're working on expanding to international markets soon.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, we guarantee 100% authentic products. All our utensils are made from genuine materials (steel, copper, brass) and sourced from certified manufacturers.
Do you provide warranty on products?
Yes, most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty period varies by product and brand. Check individual product pages for details.
How do I care for copper and brass utensils?
Copper and brass utensils require regular cleaning with a mixture of lemon and salt or vinegar to maintain their shine. Avoid using harsh detergents and always dry them thoroughly after washing.
Can I see products before buying?
While we don't have a physical showroom, we provide detailed product images, videos, and specifications on our website. We also have a hassle-free return policy if you're not satisfied.

What are Custom Collections?
Custom Collections is our unique feature that allows you to create personalized utensil sets. Choose products, adjust quantities, and save your custom collection for future orders.
Can I share my custom collection?
Yes! You can make your collection public, and other users can view, like, and even copy your collection. Popular collections earn rewards and recognition.
Do I get a discount on custom collections?
Custom collections are priced at the sum of individual product prices. However, you can combine them with ongoing offers and promotional discounts.
Can I modify a saved collection?
Yes, you can edit your saved collections anytime from the 'My Collections' section in your profile.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Some items like custom-made products are non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to 'My Orders', select the order you want to return, click 'Request Return', choose the reason, and submit. Our team will review and approve your return request.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or wrong products, we cover return shipping costs. For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to shop?
While you can browse without an account, you need to sign up to place orders, save collections, add items to wishlist, and track orders.
How do I reset my password?
Click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your registered email, and you'll receive a password reset link.

Can I save multiple addresses?
